The Aston Maui Kaanapali Villas (ResortQuest is now Aston) is a pleasant condominium located on a wide sandy swimming beach in the Kaanapali area of Maui. There are nicely furnished units at the resort and the complex amenities include 2 newly renovated pools, jet-spa, fitness center, day spa, activity desk, watersport rentals, mini-mart, restaurant, central laundry facilities and the Kaanapali shuttle.

All of the units have full kitchens (except the hotel rooms), microwave, cable TV, DVD (limited-request basis only), internet access, safe and central air conditioning. Some units have a lanai.

Aston Maui Kaanapali Villas offers a very relaxing ambiance among well-maintained grounds and pool areas. The large lobby welcomes vacationers with a Hawaiian flavor. This property is a nice choice for couples and families wanting a condominium on a great beach in Kaanapali. Plenty of shopping and dining options are a short distance away. All units are non-smoking. The property will be undergoing a $1.6 million lobby enhancement beginning on April 12, 2010 with a scheduled completion date of September 15, 2010. The project includes new flooring, wall coverings, lighting, artwork and decor as well as brand new meeting space. Work will be done Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-4:30PM and work areas will be cordoned off from view. The Front Desk & Activities Desk will be moved to a clearly marked unit adjacent to the lobby. The four low-rise buildings will not be affected by the construction and will remain open throughout the project. Effective May 1, the property will make only the upper floors of the Aloha Tower available to guests in order to create a buffer zone to minimize noise & disturbance. Cold beverages, snacks & cold towels will be provided to guests upon arrival. The complimentary daily coffee service and the complimentary Mai Tai party will continue throughout the renovation period. The Day Spa and the One Stop General Store will be closed for the duration of the project and are scheduled to be re-opened in August, 2010. The General Manager and staff will do everything possible to minimize any guest inconvenience.
